Cape May Court House, NJ – Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) will present the program, Smart Snacking for Kids and Adults at 6pm on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. This program will take place, both virtually and in-person, at the Ocean City Public Library, 1735 Simpson Avenue, Ocean City, NJ.
This program will be taught by Anneliese Kuemmerle, MS, RDN, FCHS Program Associate II and will. The class will identify the benefits of healthy snacks, grocery store grabs and pantry staples for having healthy snacks on hand, and examples of healthy snacks to satisfy food cravings.
