Cape May Court House, NJ – Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) will present the program, Nutrition for Immune Health at 6pm on Monday, December 28, 2026. This program will take place, both virtually and in-person, at the Ocean City Public Library, 1735 Simpson Avenue, Ocean City, NJ.
The program will be taught by Anneliese Kuemmerle, MS, RDN, FCHS Program Associate II, Cape May County. “A balanced diet can support your immune system,” said Kuemmerle. This class will look at specific nutrients and how they support immunity, as well as provide practical strategies for getting these nutrients from whole foods. “We will also touch on other areas of wellness to support your health during cold and flu season,” added Kuemmerle.
