Cape May Court House, NJ – Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) Program will hold a virtual Lunch & Learn Program, Wellness Balance, from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2020. The presentation is part of the new virtual Lunch & Learn series FCHS is offering on the last Thursday of the month except in November, December and June.
The Lunch & Learn series, presented by Chris Zellers, Cape May County FCHS Educator/Assistant Professor, allows participants to eat their lunch while they learn in their offices or at home. Zellers says, “Wellness is more than just good physical and mental health, it is the balance that gives us satisfaction and helps us to maintain overall good health.”
Another virtual Lunch & Learn program scheduled for 2020 is Portion Distortion on October 29th. Sessions will be recorded and available for the public to view on the RCE of Cape May County You Tube channel.
