The Agriculture and Natural Resources Program held the Basics of Beekeeping class on April 27th at RCE of Cape May County. 21 people attended to hear Nick Pinizzotto, 3rd Vice President, Jersey Cape Beekeepers Association talk about the Honeybees’ role in agriculture and horticulture, how honey is made, and ways to support the honeybees.
Our next Ag class will be Better Bakyard Composting on May 16th at 6:30 p.m. at RCE of Cape May County.
