Cape May Court House, NJ – Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) Program will hold the virtual Lunch & Learn Program: The 8 Dimensions of Wellness-Environmental Wellness from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2024.
There are 8 Dimensions of Wellness defined by SAMSHA and this program will focus on the importance of Environmental Wellness. This presentation by Chris Zellers, Cape May County FCHS Educator/Assistant Professor is part of the 2024 Lunch & Learn 10-part series on the 8 Dimensions of Wellness. The series runs through October 2024 and is ten monthly one-hour lessons that include an introduction and wrap up session and focus on each individual dimension including physical, environmental, financial, occupational, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and social wellness.
Participants who view an entire webinar and complete the five-minute questionnaire will be entered to win one of 15 fit bits. You may answer one questionnaire per month for a total of 10 chances to win! The more you watch the greater chances you will have to win!
Lunch & Learn programs allow viewers a chance to have lunch, while at work or at home, and learn about a variety of wellness topics at the same time.
