Cape May Court House, NJ – Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) will present the program, Functional Foods: Tea, at the Ocean City Public Library from 6:30 to 8pm on Thursday, April 3, 2025. This in-person presentation is sponsored by the Ocean City Public Library, 1735 Simpson Avenue, Ocean City, NJ.
Anneliese Kuemmerle, MS, RDN, FCHS Program Associate II for Cape May County, will teach the program. The class will increase participants’ knowledge about tea including historical, processing, and preparation facts. “It will also create an understanding of the current research benefits of tea and identify the recommendations for including tea in a healthful diet,” said Kuemmerle.
