This workshop is part of the 2025 Garden & Grow series. The goal of the series is to teach locals how to improve or expand their home gardens in new ways.
The presenter will be Courtney Lacombe, AmeriCorps NJ Watershed Ambassador for Watershed Management Area 16. The Program is dedicated to promoting watershed stewardship through free educational programming and direct community involvement through partnership projects.
“Rain barrels are a great way for anyone to get involved in taking action to protect their watershed,” said Lacombe.

Rain barrels can help protect our watersheds by reducing runoff, conserving water, and controlling pollution. Participants in this workshop will get to build their own rain barrels to take home with them.
