Congratulations to the seven Cape May County students who successfully completed the initial classroom training for the 2025 Rutgers Master Gardeners Program. They are Amy Sciolo, Karen Thompson, Stephanie Brown, Lisa Gilroy, Lori Camposeo, Cathy Yerzley, and Christine DiDonato. The Master Gardener candidates are now beginning their internships through volunteer opportunities on the Gardening Helpline and at local events. Each student will be required to take 10 more hours of classroom training along with additional volunteer service hours by the end of December 2025 to become a Certified Rutgers Master Gardener.
