Cape May Court House, NJ – Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) will present the program, Quick and Healthy Meals for Busy Families at 6pm on Monday, March 23, 2026. This program will take place, both virtually and in-person, at the Ocean City Public Library, 1735 Simpson Avenue, Ocean City, NJ.
This program will be taught by Anneliese Kuemmerle, MS, RDN, FCHS Program Associate II, RCE of Cape May County. This class will include meal planning, cooking methods, and grocery shopping tips for eating more meals at home. Also, it will review why cooking at home is healthy for us and our budgets.
