Eat What You Grow Workshop Flyer PDF
Cape May Court House, NJ – Rutgers Cooperative Extension (RCE) of Cape May County Family & Community Health Sciences and Agriculture & Natural Resources Departments will present the workshop, Eat What You Grow: Spring, on Thursday, April 30, 2026. The program will take place from 6 to 8pm at Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County, 355 Court House-South Dennis Road, CMCH, NJ 08210.
This class is the second in the four-part workshop series, Eat What You Grow 2026. This series consists of four seasonal sessions offered in Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. The presenters of Eat What You Grow: Spring are RCE of Cape May County’s Anneliese Kuemmerle, MS, RDN, FCHS Program Associate II and Jen Sawyer Caraballo, ANR Program Associate II.
Topics will include herb garden tour, starting your garden, food preservation: freezing, and make your own homemade salad dressing. Participants will take home their salad dressing made during the workshop.
“Anneliese and I are excited to share our passion for gardening by inviting our community to learn spring gardening best practices, and the many ways gardening can improve our health and wellness,” said Sawyer-Caraballo.
