Cape May Court House – Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources will hold the workshop Advanced Concepts in Composting on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 6 to 7:30pm at Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County, 355 Courthouse – South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
The presenter will be Belinda Chester, Consumer Horticulture Program Associate I; Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Atlantic County. Participants of Advanced Concepts in Composting, part of the Garden & Grow workshop series, will learn indoor composting methods, vermicomposting, and how to build their own mini-worm bin, with worms. Participants will also take home a compost/soil thermometer and a DIY worm bin.
