Cape May Court House, NJ – Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) Program will hold the virtual Lunch & Learn Program on the conclusion of the 8 Dimensions of Wellness series from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 17, 2024.
“Wellbeing is an important part of living a healthy and fulfilled life. There are 8 components of wellness defined by SAMSHA and this presentation will summarize them while suggesting ways to achieve wellness for better life balance and stress reduction,” said Chris Zellers, Cape May County FCHS Educator/Assistant Professor. This webinar is part of the Lunch & Learn 10-part series on the 8 Dimensions of Wellness that concludes with this program. The series covered physical, environmental, financial, occupational, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and social wellness.
Participants who view an entire webinar and complete the five-minute questionnaire will be entered to win one of 15 fit bits.
