Learn About Growing Microgreens at Rutgers Cooperative Extension
Cape May Court House – Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources will hold a workshop on Growing Microgreens on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 6 to 8pm at Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County, 355 Courthouse – South Dennis Road, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
The presenters will be Jen Sawyer Caraballo, ANR Program Associate II and Anneliese Kuemmerle, MS, RDN, FCHS Program Associate II, Cape May County. This workshop will teach participants about microgreens, their health benefits and uses, as well as how to grow them at home. “Microgreens are easy to grow indoors and a great way to add some freshness to your winter meals,” said Sawyer Caraballo.
The cost to attend is $15. This is a beginner class; therefore, no experience is needed, however, preregistration is required at https://go.rutgers.edu/rakir25t.
